These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.sparklenshimmerco.com (the "Site") and our cleaning services (the "Services"). By using our Site or booking our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or Services.

1. Services Provided

Sparkle N Shimmer LLC provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including:

  • Standard cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Office cleaning
  • Custom cleaning requests

All Services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Booking & Scheduling

To book cleaning services, you must:

  • Provide accurate information about your property, cleaning needs, and scheduling preferences.
  • Confirm and accept the quoted price for Services.
  • Agree to the terms of this agreement.

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via other communication channels. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation, securing your cleaning appointment.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment methods.
  • Payment Hold & Charges: When booking a service, the payment amount will be placed on hold. The final charge will be processed after the service is completed.
  • Cancellations & Refunds:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Refunds are only considered if service dissatisfaction is reported within 24 hours of cleaning, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible environment for our cleaning team.
  • Notify us of any special cleaning requests in advance.
  • Secure pets and ensure they do not interfere with cleaning.
  • Be present during cleaning or provide safe access to the property.
  • Provide accurate payment information and pay for services as agreed.
Missed Access Policy

If our team arrives for a scheduled cleaning and is unable to access the property due to missing or incorrect entry instructions, or if the client fails to allow access without prior communication or cancellation notice, the client may be responsible for up to 50% of the total cleaning fee. This fee covers the cost of time, travel, and reserved scheduling.

We strongly encourage all clients to provide accurate entry instructions in advance and to communicate any changes or cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Pricing

Pricing is determined based on the type and size of the cleaning service requested, as well as any additional service requests. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work.

6. Limitations of Liability

Sparkle N Shimmer LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, stains, mold, or structural issues in the property.
  • Loss or theft of personal property unless caused by negligence or intentional misconduct of our employees.
  • Damages caused by unsecured pets, fragile items, or other client property.

If you believe damage occurred during a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours for investigation. We may, at our discretion, offer to repair or replace damaged items.

7. Access to the Site

By using our Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for booking and informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for illegal activities.
  • Disrupt the functionality of the Site.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to access our Site or Services.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services if:

  • Payment is not received.
  • A client violates these Terms.
  • There is abusive or unsafe behavior towards our employees.
  • There is evidence of pests on the premises, including but not limited to bedbugs, cockroaches, or rodents (e.g., mice). If such conditions are identified during a scheduled cleaning, Services will end immediately for the safety of our staff. The client will be charged a $350 sanitation and equipment disposal fee, in addition to the full cost of the originally booked cleaning service. No exceptions.
  • There is evidence of manipulation or misrepresentation of scheduled services, including but not limited to providing inaccurate information about the scope of work, altering access arrangements without notice, or booking services under false pretenses. Sparkle N Shimmer LLC reserves the right to cancel the appointment immediately and charge the full service fee.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our Site and Services is governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparkle N Shimmer LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
